Medical Missions Opportunities in Virginia, 2019-2020
RAM Requests Help for Free Clinics

 

Remote Area Medical (RAM) needs help for their upcoming free clinics, including one this weekend. RAM will host several clinics in Virginia and in other states this year.

 

RAM is a non-profit organization that focuses on providing free health care to the communities that really need it the most, including some of the more underserved areas in the southwestern part of Virginia. RAM provides full, comprehensive eye exams, and they are able to make prescription glasses onsite in a mobile optical lab. All equipment and supplies are provided by RAM. Other services available to patients at the clinics include dental procedures and general medical exams. Most notably, they need additional volunteers for the clinics listed below:
