The Virginia Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons (VSEPS) will host its 27th Annual Scientific Meeting, June 11 - 12, 2010, at The Boar's Head Inn in Charlottesville, VA.. A room block of overnight sleeping rooms is available. Click here for the 2010 meeting registration packet.
Submitting Abstracts for the 2010 Annual Scientific Meeting: The deadline for submitting residents' abstracts has been extended to March 30, 2010.
Residents are invited to submit abstracts for the 27th Annual Scientific Meeting.
Oral Presentations: Only one oral presentation from each medical school will be allowed. Department chairs are encouraged to select the resident presentation from their program. The oral presentation should be based on original research conducted by the student.
Poster Presentations: There is no limit on the number of poster presentations that each medical school can submit. Poster presentations can be on original research, case studies, literature reviews or any other topic of relevance to the residents.
Oral presentations from the resident representatives of each of the medical schools will be judged for the Thomas Frey Award. Also, The posters will be judged for awards as well.

You will also need to complete and submit a signed conflict of interest disclosure form to VSEPS by fax (804-261-9891) or email (ccannaday@globalweb.net).
